PersonaL Training

If you want to see results, you need to train in a way that is programmed to your specific goals. This will change depending on whether your goal is to increase muscle strength vs. muscle size vs. muscular endurance as well as sport-specific factors like speed, power, and agility. 

 

As a physiotherapist and trainer, I combine my knowledge on training specific adaptations with movement quality and control to provide my clients with expert programming and coaching to ensure their goals are met in an efficient and safe manner. I provide each client with an initial physiotherapy screen in order to identify any potential limitations that could lead to injury, and incorporate these findings in exercise selection. Throughout the duration of training, we will continuously evaluate and assess progress in order to properly advance the program towards client goals.
